SP/Silicon Power Goes Back for Seconds and Releases next Portable SSD
SP/Silicon Power Goes Back for Seconds and Releases next Portable SSD

2017-10-13

Taipei, Taiwan – October 13, 2017 – SP/ Silicon Power adds a second model, the Bolt B10, to its brand new portable SSD product line.

The Bolt B10 is the perfect companion for busy commuters and frequent travelers who need fast and reliable storage on the go. It is not much bigger than a business card and weighs only 25g, yet offers storage capacities of up to 512GB. With fast data transfer rates of up to 400MB/s read/write, the B10 ensures smooth work processes and hassle-free data backups. Compared to a traditional portable hard drive, it is more robust and forgiving to accidental drops, as it contains no moving parts. By supporting LDPC (Low-Density Parity Check) coding, a very effective error correction function, the B10 also offers protection against data corruption. Lastly, wear leveling technology helps to extend the SSDs life span.
