RMA Service

1. Please select the identity first and fill out RMA application form.
2. You will obtain an RMA number from auto-reply email.
3. Please print out RMA information and attach it with RMA products, send them back to us via registered parcel or express service.
4. You can track RMA status by entering RMA no. or e-mail.

※For RMA goods return, customer shall prepay postage for products returned to SP. SP will cover the expenses of returning the repaired or replaced product to you.
※Please pack your product properly by using a bubble mailer or box, Silicon Power is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
※We are not responsible for the loss or damage to any personal belongings, please do NOT send any personal belongings with your RMA goods.
