Conformal coatings are the materials applied in thin layers onto printed circuit boards or other electronic substrates to extend the life of the product by protecting against environmental damage, thermal shock damage, and mechanical damage.

Globally Recognized Coating Materials
SP Industrial uses globally recognized conformal coating materials that meet the following standards: UL-94 V-0 flammability rating, UL 746E, IPC-CC-830, and MIL-I-46058C. These translucent and medium-viscosity coating materials can withstand a wide temperature range of -45°C to 200°C for extended periods of time. The tough elastoplastic materials, which are cured under room temperature, provide an abrasion-resistant surface without the use of ovens.
Reliable Conformal Coating Process
SP Industrial employs an Automatic Dispensing Machine to ensure a consistent coating process for each production lot. The production process is compliant with the IPC A-610 E-2 Conformal coating process standard and the IPC A-610 E-3 coating thickness standard to meet international standard requirements.
