Selected SSD Controller

The latest Industrial SSD series comes with an LDPC ECC engine that can fix up to 120 bits per 1024 bytes of data and a Block/Page RAID function that guarantees 3,000 program/erase (PE) cycles of endurance with 3D NAND technology. It also features the most recent Direct-To-TLC and SLC cache firmware architecture along with external DRAM to achieve optimal sustained read and write performance and reduce Write Amplification, offering even better terabytes written (TBW) endurance than 2D MLC models. The Static Data Refresh technology monitors voltages and provides quick refreshes as needed to maintain high read performance over time and ensure data integrity. Early retirement of weak blocks and global wear leveling algorithms make sure an equal usage of the Flash memory cells to extend the overall lifespan of the SSD.
